Professional Profile
I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and hold a degree in business and a licentiate in economics, with over three decades of experience in developing leaders in global and complex organizations. Since 1990, I have run Pavla Synergy AB and worked internationally with executive coaching, leadership, and intercultural competence – always with a strong scientific foundation and a passion for human development.
Over the years, I have collaborated with companies such as IKEA, TetraLaval, CCL, EFL, CoachHub and Talentis, coaching both Swedish and international managers, specialists, and expatriates. My academic background, including my licentiate thesis on Implementation of strategic change in Central and Eastern Europe, gives me a unique ability to understand organizational dynamics and the demands placed on today’s leaders.
I work with a holistic and research-based coaching perspective, integrating neuroscience, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and stress reduction to strengthen leaders facing change, pressure, and complexity. As an active member of ICF’s examination committee and mentor for coaches at the MCC level, I also contribute to raising the quality of professional coaching globally.
I coach in Swedish, Czech, and English and am passionate about creating sustainable development – for both individuals and organizations. Balance, health, and quality of life are central values for me, and I draw energy from golf, dance, yoga, meditation, and time with family and friends.
